Safe Dining
Practices
-
The well-being of our customers, staff, suppliers, and community is our primary focus. We continue to review and adapt our business activities based on the advice of the Department of Health and the mandates of the State and Federal Governments.

KEY PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
Social Distancing
We have reconfigured our dining spaces, workspaces, and public spaces to ensure we are complying with the current Government requirements.
Ventilation
Our venue is large and spacious with naturally good airflow. When the weather permits we will open doors and window slats to further promote airflow.
Cleaning, Hygiene and Sanitisation
Our hygiene standards are best practice (as they have always been) including abundant provision for patrons and staff of hand washing and sanitising facilities and stringent staff hygiene requirements. We have implemented increased cleaning of all high touch points and scheduled additional venue deep cleaning.
Staff Practices
In line with Government regulations, when applicable, all staff are required to wear a fitted face covering and have their temperature checked at the beginning of each shift. Any team member with a temperature of higher than 37.4°C will be sent home and encouraged to seek medical advice.
Payment
We are currently accepting electronic forms of payment only (no cash).
Training
All managers and staff have undertaken COVID-19 safety training.
Suppliers
Currently, our food and beverage suppliers are delivering to external doors and/or loading bays.
Contact Tracing
To enable contact tracing in line with Government regulations, when applicable, the business utilises the Victorian Government’s QR code service for patron registration. Records of staff shift attendance are kept electronically to ensure easy and accurate identification of attendees at specific times.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US
Reservations
When possible please book online. At times, Government restrictions can mean that our patron capacity is limited. Please be patient as we do our best to accommodate as many guest requests as we can under these changed conditions. Please advise us if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Guests booked outdoors will be contacted in the event of inclement weather to reschedule their reservation.
Fitted Face Coverings
In line with Government regulations, when applicable, all guests are required to wear a fitted face-covering except when seated at tables for the purpose of eating and/or drinking.
Arrival at the Venue
Please respect the reservation time by arriving promptly.
Social Distancing
Please respect the cues we have put in place to assist with this and be aware of your interactions with other patrons and staff.
