Inventi Ensemble –
Bach's Art of Fugue



Bach’s incredible masterpiece, ‘The Art of Fugue’ is an incredible and intricate work. In this performance, his music undergoes the Inventi treatment where it is arranged for flute, oboe, violin, viola and cello.

Each movement contains the theme of the piece but each time it is flipped on it’s head, turned backwards, transposed into different keys and treated with amazingly creative style yet at the same time mathematical precision. Inventi will lead you through the movements culminating in a glorious celebration of Bach.
